i got my period today and my cramps are extremely painful. i also get really bad stomach aches when im on my period, so i have absolutely no appetite. but thats good. i grabbed a couple granola bars in case i do get hungry. maybe ill grab some veggies instead. mmm corn! mmm broccoli! mmm beans! :D but for now, ill be resting so i feel better. heres some pictures though if you need motivation to get thin!
